[ 01 ] Inside

This is what you open every day

These are not mock-ups or sample screens: they are screenshots of the app running.

Your week, already laid out

You open it and it is sorted: today's workout up top, and underneath it the exercises where you have stopped moving, with the weight to drop to. There is nothing to decide before you start.

GymGo home screen with the day's workout and the exercises that have stalled

Every set, with its weight

The app remembers what you lifted last time and tells you what to load today. You tick the set and move on: it handles the progression.

Progress you can see

Streak, records, which muscle group you are neglecting and whether you train too easy. So you know if you are improving or just turning up.

[ 02 ] The proof

We will not describe it — touch it

This is the real app with sample data, running right here. Move around, open a workout, look at the charts. No sign-up, nothing to install.

[ 03 ] Switching

Already logging your workouts in another app? Bring them all

Switching apps should not cost you your history. You export a file from the one you use today, drop it into GymGo and it all shows up: every workout, with its date, its weight and its reps.

Strong Hevy FitNotes Android and iPhone Apple Health your weight Excel or Google Sheets
📂

Set by set, not a summary

What comes in is not "you did 40 workouts": it is every set you logged, with the weight and the reps you put in that day. Your records are still yours.

⚖️

Your body weight too

If you kept it in Apple Health, your whole curve comes in. You do not start the chart from zero the day you switch.

It adds, it never overwrites

What you import gets added to whatever you already have inside. Nothing is overwritten or deleted, so you can try it without fear of breaking anything.

It is tested against real exports from those apps. And if yours is not on the list, as long as the file carries the date, the exercise and what you did, it goes in anyway — if it gets stuck, write to soporte@gymgo.online and we will look at it with you.

[ 04 ] The tools

Everything you need to make progress

No notebooks, no spreadsheet templates, no apps charging you to see your own data.

🗓️

Your week, planned

One routine per day, drawn from a library of over 1,300 animated exercises. Tuesday got complicated? Move the workout to another day with one tap.

▶️

Guided workouts

The app knows what day it is: it offers today's session, preloads the weights from last time, times your rests and spots your personal records.

📈

Automatic progression

Pick a rule (linear, double progression and more) and your target weights work themselves out. Miss reps and it does not ask for more; stall out and it suggests easing off for a week so you come back stronger.

💪

Muscle map

A diagram of your body showing what you trained, what is recovering and which muscle you have forgotten. In a male or female version.

🔥

Stats that keep you going

A calendar that turns green every day you train, your weight chart with your goal marked, your records on every exercise and your whole history.

📱

On your phone, nothing to install

It opens in the browser and installs as an app on your home screen. Sign in with your fingerprint or with a link to your email — no passwords.

🔔

Notifications worth having

End of rest even with the phone locked, and a reminder on the days you have a workout planned.

✏️

And yours, if one is missing

Do something that is not among the 1,324? You create it with its name and the body part it works, and from then on it behaves like any other.

📤

Your data is yours

Export everything to a file whenever you want. Coming from Strong, Hevy or FitNotes? Import your history and do not lose a single set.

And what you appreciate once you are serious

Nobody needs this in the first week. It is here so that by month three the app still serves you — which is exactly when the others run out.

☀️

The screen stays on

While you train it stays awake. You do not have to unlock the phone between sets with your hands full. When you finish, it switches off on its own.

🧮

What you would do at your max

From what you have already lifted, the app works out what you would move for a single all-out rep — without you having to risk trying it. And when the data is not enough to know, it says so instead of inventing a number.

🌡️

Warm-ups do not pollute your numbers

You mark those first light sets as warm-ups and they stop counting towards your records and your stats. They are in the session, but they do not fake your progress.

🔗

Two exercises back to back

Tight on time? You pair two exercises and do them one after the other, with a single rest at the end of the round. They pair and unpair mid-workout.

⏱️

Planks and holds

What is measured in seconds gets logged in seconds, with its own timer. And if you hold less than you were meant to, what actually happened is what gets written down.

📄

Pass your routine to anyone

You send your plan as a file or print it to PDF. Only the routine travels: your workouts and your weights stay with you. And whoever receives it gets it added, without losing theirs.

[ 05 ] The problem

Sound familiar?

The difference between training and progressing is a system.

Training blind

  • "I have been lifting the same weight for months and had not even noticed"
  • "I start all in and three weeks later I drop it"
  • "I get there with barely any time and lose it deciding what to do"
  • "Routines off the internet that have nothing to do with me"

With GymGo

  • It tells you when to add weight — and how much. Before you stall
  • You see your progress in charts, and a streak you will not want to break
  • You open the app and already know what is on today, weights filled in
  • Your plan, around your days, your equipment and what hurts
[ 06 ] The path

It is this simple

From paying to progressing, in four steps.

📌
01

Get your access

You pay securely with Hotmart and your code reaches your inbox in 60 seconds. You get straight in, without waiting for anyone.

📌
02

Create your profile in 1 minute

One tap from the email, you pick your name and you get in with your fingerprint. No passwords to forget.

📌
03

Your plan, made for you

You answer 5 questions and your AI coach builds the routines and fills your week. Then it takes you set by set, with the weights already worked out.

📌
04

Watch yourself progress every week

The app adjusts your loads on its own — whether your goal is strength, tone or losing fat. Your effort turns into charts that make you want to come back.

[ 07 ] Your coach

You answer 5 questions. The AI does the rest.

Knowing which exercises to do, how many sets, how to split the week and what to avoid when something hurts — that is what separates the people making progress from the people wandering around the gym. And it takes years to learn. Here it is already solved. You answer five questions and in 15 seconds you have your whole plan, ready to train today. And if you already know what you are doing, you change all of it: the AI is here to save you the work, not to tell you how to train.

15 seconds 5 taps 100% editable

All you do

  • How many days can you train?
  • Your goal? Muscle, strength, losing fat or getting in shape
  • Where do you train? Gym, home with dumbbells or just your body
  • Your experience? Just starting or years of it
  • Anything sore? Knees, shoulders or lower back

What you get

  • Your routines ready and spread across the week, with the rest days where they belong
  • Nothing that hurts you. Dodgy knees? Out go squats, lunges and jumps — without you having to ask
  • Only exercises you can actually do. Training at home? You will not see an Olympic barbell
  • Sets and reps to match your level. If you are just starting, nobody sends you to lift to failure
  • All editable. It is your plan: change whatever you want, whenever you want

Would you rather build it yourself? You can. The AI is here to save you the work, not to take away your control.

[ 08 ] Real people

What the people already using it say

No actors and no invented lines: people who use GymGo and gave us permission to publish what they said. Translated from their own words in Spanish.

“GymGo came out of my own frustration: years of going to the gym blind, not knowing whether I was making progress or just passing the time. I built it for myself. And the day I saw my first chart go up, I understood my phone could not keep it to itself. Today I train with GymGo every week — and nothing makes me happier than watching other people progress with it.”

[ 09 ] What comes with it

And three guides included

Written for GymGo, with the app's real numbers. They explain why your plan is the way it is — and they are useful on day one, which is when you are most lost.

Guide: your first week

The first 7 days, day by day. How to pick the weight for your first exercise when you have no idea, how long to rest between sets, and what to do the day you skip it.

USD 9.90included
Guide: when to add weight

The four rules the app uses to decide, in plain words. How much to add, what to do when you miss, and the plateau that misses no set and so nobody sees.

USD 14.90included
Guide: training with sore spots

What GymGo drops if you tick knees, shoulders or lower back, and what it swaps in. Tick all three and 857 exercises are left: your plan does not shrink, it gets redirected.

USD 11.90included

All three, as PDFs, in the same email as your access. Worth USD 36.70 — today they are inside.

[ 11 ] The questions

Frequently asked

How do I get access after paying?

Automatically: once Hotmart confirms your payment, an email from soporte@gymgo.online arrives with your code and a button to create your profile. The whole thing takes under a minute.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, on both. GymGo runs in the browser and installs as an app from "Add to Home Screen" — without going through any app store.

Do I need a password?

No. You sign in with your fingerprint or Face ID (passkey), or with a one-time link we send to your email. Safer, and nothing to remember.

Can I bring my history from another app?

Yes — we import from Strong, Hevy and FitNotes, and your body weight from Apple Health. Nothing is lost.

Is the renewal automatic?

Yes. The monthly plan renews every month and the yearly one every year, until you decide to stop. We tell you before each charge and there is never a lock-in: you are not signing up for a minimum term.

How do I cancel? Does it stop by itself?

It does not stop by itself — you have to cancel it, and it takes under a minute. You go into your Hotmart account (where you paid), find your GymGo subscription and hit cancel. Or you write to soporte@gymgo.online and we do it for you, with no runaround and no "wait, here is a discount". After cancelling you keep using the app until the period you already paid for runs out.

If I cancel, do I lose my data?

Before you go you can export your whole history to a file from Settings — workouts, weights and routines. It is yours and it goes with you.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes — Hotmart applies a 7-day guarantee to every purchase: if in the first week you decide it is not for you, you ask for the refund and you get your money back, no questions.

Monthly or yearly?

Whichever you prefer. The yearly plan is USD 39 — that is USD 3.25 a month, almost half of paying month by month. Good if you already know this is serious. The monthly one is perfect to start.
